Required Experience and Education * **Degree:** Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance Engineering, or Industrial Maintenance Technician. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial Mechanical Maintenance. Key Responsibilities GENERAL OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinate and manage human and material resources for preventive maintenance activities according to the scheduled program dates. * Guide and advise the work team in diagnosing mechanical defects in equipment. * Promote, by example, appropriate use of personal protective equipment during job performance. * Supervise proper handling of corrective maintenance contingencies for equipment. * Comply with organizational policies and procedures, including the 5S program. POSITION-SPECIFIC OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervise mechanics’ diagnostic reports following analysis, reaffirming data to ensure timely maintenance action. * Monitor the status and operational condition of each equipment station. * Manage preventive maintenance of equipment in strict adherence to the established maintenance schedule. * Close corrective and preventive work orders in EMPA. * Develop and monitor, in coordination with the Maintenance Manager, projects aimed at improving productivity and resource efficiency. * Maintain close communication regarding all maintenance-related contingencies and administrative actions arising from their resolution. * Supervise that floor machinery operates under optimal conditions. * Verify that team members perform their tasks with quality. * Train mechanics to correctly apply technical knowledge.
