




Job Description and Activity Details **RESPONSIBILITIES**: The Quality Inspector I inspects molded components, subassemblies, finished assemblies, packaging, and labeling. Inspections include incoming, in-process, final, and rework inspections. Completes and interprets Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts and histograms manually and using computer-assisted methods. Reports nonconforming material to production personnel, assists in root cause analysis and corrective actions, and follows up on the effectiveness of implemented actions. Prepares various records, reports, and quality process documentation. This is an entry-level position for quality inspection. Experience and Requirements **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:** * Statistical Process Control (SPC), * Measuring instruments, * Basic mathematics, * Basic computer skills, * Microsoft Office, * Operation of measuring instruments and vision systems. **PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:** * Knowledge of quality audits. * Proficiency in quality management system software. * Knowledge of production line audits. * Familiarity with plant-specific internal software. * Understanding of molding processes.
