




Job Description **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Advise, support, and monitor the implementation of the company’s Occupational Safety and Health policies, regulations, procedures, and legal requirements to comply with the current Safety Law and the objectives of the Safety Program. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Administer and audit safety in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System. * Review, inspect, and authorize high-risk work activities within the plant, involving both internal staff and contractors. * Deliver safety training courses based on the Training and Induction Program for both internal and external personnel. * Support safety supervision for work activities requiring such oversight. * Coordinate and train Emergency Response and First Aid Brigades, as well as coordinate the execution of emergency drills. * Implement guidelines stipulated by the State’s Civil Protection Law to ensure compliance (e.g., updating the Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan [PEPC], ensuring proper functionality of emergency equipment, signage, etc.). * Coordinate the Joint Safety and Hygiene Committee and follow up on corrective actions arising from inspections. Requirements **REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** Industrial Engineering degree or related field. **Experience:** 1 year in a similar position. **Skills:** Communication, adherence to processes, leadership.
