Job Summary: We are seeking a leader to optimize warehouse operational processes, manage inventory, and coordinate product distribution logistics. Key Highlights: 1. Operational leadership in warehouse and logistics optimization. 2. Development and implementation of procedure manuals. 3. Strategic participation in process optimization. Job Objective Plan, organize, optimize, and control warehouse operational processes, ensuring accurate classification, organization, storage, and dispatch of over 3,000 aluminum and glass hardware products; and lead cross-departmental logistics coordination for efficient order fulfillment to branches and external customers. Develop and implement procedure manuals for all operational areas, including import product management and associated logistics. **Responsibilities** * Classification, organization, and multi\-SKU inventory control. * Optimization of warehouse layout and processes. * Coordination of shipments to branches and external customers. * Leadership and cross-functional collaboration with sales, procurement, imports, and administration. * Development and implementation of area-specific procedure manuals. * Management and control of imported products and their logistics. **Requirements** * Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related degree. * 3–5 years of experience in high-turnover, high-variety warehouses. * Experience in domestic logistics and inventory control. * Preferred experience in hardware, aluminum, glass, or construction industries. **Competencies** * Organization and analytical thinking. * Operational leadership. * Continuous improvement and results orientation. * Effective communication and decision-making. **We Offer** * Job stability. * Professional development. * Strategic participation in process optimization.
