Job Summary: Cainiao is seeking a Hub Manager to supervise and coordinate last-mile delivery projects, design operational processes, and collaborate with teams to optimize efficiency. Design and implement operational processes, including defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate closely with sorting centers, long-haul transportation teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency and performance. Develop strategic plans to optimize the cost structure of last-mile operations. Guide the team toward achieving top-tier service-level agreements (SLAs) and drive continuous operational improvements. Oversee all vendors and partners within assigned regions. Requirements: Three or more years of experience in last-mile logistics operations. At least two years of experience managing end-to-end operational processes and reporting to management. Flexible working hours. Upper-intermediate conversational English.
