Ensure accurate communication, coordination, and resolution of requirements related to technological infrastructure, systems, and company services. **Requirements:** * Gender: Unrestricted * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (degree completed) * Experience: Minimum 3 years in roles such as IT Systems Coordinator, Systems Analyst, or Technical Support Coordinator—preferably within telecommunications companies. * Tools: G Suite, Office 365, project and process management tools. * Knowledge: Geographic Information Systems (GIS); fiber-optic networks and network topologies; telecommunications infrastructure; databases and field coordination tools. **Key responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain an updated database containing information provided by users across geography. * Provide functional support to system users and geographic departments, facilitating understanding of processes and technical requests. * Generate periodic reports and dashboards on requirements handled per state, as well as updates on the Systems Directorate’s plans. * Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented strategies and user satisfaction levels. * Accurately convey information and requirements from geography-based departments to the Systems Directorate, ensuring proper routing. * Establish effective communication channels with the Change Management Management team to track requests and operational changes. * Coordinate resolution of discrepancies or incidents between user needs and responses issued by the Systems Directorate. * Design and execute strategies for identifying and addressing user needs across geography, with a focus on continuous improvement. !Apply through this channel with your **updated CV including a professional photograph**!
