Job Summary: Maintain the company's or institution's green areas in optimal aesthetic and functional condition through various gardening tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for conservation, pruning, irrigation, and pest control. 2. Teamwork and attention to detail in garden maintenance. 3. Operation of gardening tools and maintenance of equipment. Job Objective: Maintain the company's or institution's green areas in optimal aesthetic and functional condition through conservation, pruning, irrigation, fertilization, and pest control activities. Requirements: \- Basic education. \- Knowledge of gardening tools (lawn mowers, pruning shears, brush cutters, etc.). \- Prior experience in garden maintenance is desirable. Skills: \- Responsibility \- Teamwork \- Attention to detail \- Punctuality and organization Main Responsibilities: \- Perform pruning of trees, shrubs, and lawns according to season. \- Irrigate green areas as needed and according to weather conditions. \- Safely and efficiently apply fertilizers, compost, and pesticides. \- Detect and report plant diseases or pests. \- Collect and dispose of organic waste generated during maintenance. \- Assist in the installation or relocation of decorative plants. \- Perform basic maintenance on gardening tools and equipment.
