




Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Architect to ensure environmental compliance, manage procedures, and supervise operations at Grupo Polesa. Key Responsibilities: 1. To continue contributing to this transformation, we seek to integrate a Project Architect into our team, located at our plant in Ixtlahuacán de los Membrillos (south of Guadalajara). Job Objective: Ensure the company's environmental compliance through procedure management, operational supervision, and control of environmental aspects, thereby contributing to pollution prevention and continuous improvement. Requirements: • Environmental, Industrial Engineering or related degree. • Minimum 2 years of experience in this position. • Knowledge of municipal, state, and federal environmental laws and regulations; personnel management and conflict resolution; environmental and STPS regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: 1. Manage environmental procedures and obligations before municipal, state, and federal authorities (SEMARNAT, SEMADET, CONAGUA, PROFEPA) to ensure regulatory compliance and validity of permits, registrations, and licenses. 2. Control comprehensive waste management (hazardous, special handling, and urban waste), ensuring proper classification, storage, transportation, and final disposal through authorized providers, as well as safeguarding evidence and manifests. 3. Implement, execute, and monitor special waste and hazardous waste management plans to minimize risks to health and the environment. 4. Manage and monitor the operation of the wastewater treatment plant, including 5. review of water quality analysis and submission of corresponding declarations to Declaragua. 6. Supervise operational and construction activities to verify compliance with environmental measures, ensuring correct implementation of controls and requirements established in permits and programs.
