Job Summary: Reckitt is seeking an Electromechanical Technician to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of industrial equipment through maintenance and technical fault analysis. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensures continuous and efficient operation of industrial equipment. 2. Performs corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance. 3. Diagnoses and repairs faults in electromechanical systems. Reckitt is looking for its next **Electromechanical Technician** **Position Objective:** To ensure the continuous and efficient operation of industrial equipment by executing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities, as well as technical fault analysis on plant operational equipment systems, ensuring their continuous, safe, and efficient operation. This position is critical to guaranteeing asset availability, reliability, and safety, directly contributing to achieving production and quality objectives at the Reckitt Tlalpan plant. * Conduct periodic inspections of industrial equipment. * Lubricate, adjust, and calibrate components. Verify the condition of motors, pumps, compressors, electrical panels, etc. HVAC (air conditioning, ventilation, and exhaust), compressed air systems, water treatment plants, and steam systems, low-, medium-, and high-voltage electrical systems. * Maintain lighting fixtures, electrical panels, and hydraulic networks. Diagnose faults and perform repairs. Read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings. * Use hand tools, power tools, and measurement equipment. Apply NOM-STPS standards, industrial safety, and environmental regulations. Report unsafe conditions and incidents. Record activities in SAP system. Support root cause analysis and improvement proposals.
