Position Summary: We are seeking an Electromechanical Technician with expertise in general building maintenance, electricity, air conditioning, and masonry to join our team. Key Highlights: 1. Expertise in general masonry **Electromechanical Technician** Age over 25 2 years of experience * General Building Maintenance \- Electrical and mechanical equipment, hydraulic equipment, emergency power plant, \- Electricity, Air conditioning (UMAs, chillers, and refrigeration), \- Plumbing, workstations, painting, metalwork, hydraulics, \- Pneumatics, general masonry. * Basic Office skills * The candidate for this position must be an expert in electrical systems, air conditioning, and general masonry. Gross monthly salary: $14,500, paid biweekly * Monday to Friday: 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., plus one Saturday per month on duty from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * In case any project is underway, weekend availability is required: Saturdays and/or Sundays, according to the planned schedule (hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
