At **Moctezuma**, we are a leading construction industry company in Mexico, with a long history of excellence, committed to environmental stewardship and continuous innovation. **We invite you to join our team as Electrical-Mobile Maintenance Supervisor.** **Position Purpose:** Plan, coordinate, supervise, and control the execution of electrical maintenance activities, as well as identify and address equipment failures or incidents, through cross-departmental coordination, to achieve maximum plant reliability in the mechanical area. **Responsibilities:** * Plan preventive and corrective work orders, estimating required resources according to plant needs. * Execute the preventive and corrective maintenance program to organize and optimize the utilization of allocated resources. * Review and adjust maintenance routines based on equipment requirements to improve machinery availability. * Analyze and resolve failures to increase equipment availability, utilizing tools established in the corporate maintenance manual. * Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental guidelines by keeping personnel up-to-date through ongoing training on established norms and standards. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years’ experience as an electrical technician; 2 years’ experience in maintenance within the cement and/or mining industry. * **Knowledge:** Statistical and budgetary analysis, data management, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, Maintenance Programs, Process Equipment used in Cement Manufacturing. * **Competencies:** * Teamwork * Leadership * Conflict Management * Decision Making * Results Orientation **Other Requirements:** Schedule Availability (Rotating Shifts). **Benefits:** * Competitive Salary * Savings Fund * Life Insurance * Complimentary Uniforms * Grocery Vouchers * Cafeteria Service * SGM *If you are interested and meet the requirements, apply—we’d love to meet you.* Employment Type: Full-time, Project-based or Fixed-term Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: $35,000.00 – $40,000.00 per month Benefits: * Employee Discount * Free Parking * Major Medical Expense Insurance * Life Insurance * Complimentary Uniforms * Grocery Vouchers Work Location: On the road
