We are looking for a DISPATCHER/CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to join our team and follow our core values of honesty, transparency, and doing the right thing. ***FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:*** A dispatcher will act as a first responder over the phone when a client needs help, will gather the necessary information and dispatch the team members needed to help the customer, and will be in charge of managing the weekly schedule and allocating the company's resources. The best dispatchers are genuinely excited to help customers. They're patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Dispatchers can put themselves in their customers shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and dispatchers can gather that. Problem\-solving comes naturally to dispatchers. **Responsibilities** * Manage large amounts of incoming calls in English and Spanish **(English fluency required)** * Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction * Dispatch and manage resources from people, trucks, equipment, etc. * Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools * Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas * Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution * Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents * Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies * Take the extra mile to engage customers **Skills** * Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative * Track record of over\-achieving quota * Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening * Familiarity with CRM systems and practices * Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to multi\-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively **Schedule** * Holidays * Monday to Friday * On Call * Weekends Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $180\.00 \- $240\.00 per hour Education: * Associate (Preferred) Experience: * Phone Call: 3 years (Preferred) Language: * English (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
