Location: Iztapalapa, Mexico City. **Job Requirements** * Minimum education: University degree. * Experience in the Manufacturing area. * Knowledge of manufacturing structures (Intermediate). * Production planning skills (Advanced). * Experience with electronic invoicing (Basic). * Knowledge of purchase orders (Basic). * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Inventory management. **Job Responsibilities** * Evaluate incoming purchase orders to determine the need to issue new production orders. * Verify that customer-requested dates are feasible; manage internal process acceleration or outsourcing when necessary. * Coordinate with customers to reconcile pending orders against the internal system, providing visibility into shipment delays or anticipations. * Monitor the entire purchase order flow, ensuring on-time delivery. * Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure internal and external processes are executed within established deadlines. * Supervise execution of the demand plan, analyzing daily sales versus purchase orders to ensure timely launch proposals. * Evaluate launch proposals to balance order fulfillment and stock generation, minimizing the risk of obsolete or slow-moving inventory. * Authorize product shipments to external processes, selecting strategic suppliers based on cost-benefit analysis and demand urgency. * Validate that shipping orders account for transit times and ensure accurate and timely invoicing. * Execute activities and records in accordance with the company’s **Quality Management System (QMS)**. * Maintain smooth communication with internal and external customers.
