





**Knowledge:** Cummins engines. **General Objective:** Perform high-quality repairs and services, adhering strictly to the repair instructions and procedures provided by the Plant for the Dealer Network personnel, including diagnostic systems, technical literature, and technical bulletins. **Main Responsibilities:** Carry out assigned tasks according to the instructions noted on the repair order, as directed by the Service Advisor or Workshop Supervisor, within the specified timeframe. Report any difficulties encountered during task execution to the Workshop Supervisor and Service Advisor. Inform the Workshop Supervisor and record on the repair order any additional defects discovered during repairs, and simultaneously notify the Service Advisor. Retain all removed parts for delivery to the customer. Maintain a clean, orderly workplace and personal appearance. Be responsible for keeping tools in optimal condition at all times; report damaged tools to the Workshop Supervisor and report any tool loss. Receive new replacement parts from the Workshop Counter for use upon delivery of previously authorized material orders. Attend training courses and workshops convened by the Plant for Dealer Network personnel, as well as internal courses provided by the dealership.
