Employee discount on shipments and free uniforms ### **Transportes Potosinos** A logistics company with 68 years of national presence is seeking: **CREDIT AND COLLECTIONS ASSISTANT** Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, or Public Accounting. * Minimum 1 year of experience. * Flexible availability for work hours. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. * Experience operating office equipment. * Valid driver's license. * Strong professional performance. * Excellent personal presentation. Responsibilities: * Managing and administering credit customers. * Tracking and receiving credit shipping guides (delivery support) from branches nationwide. * Monitoring and analyzing credit documentation (evidence for invoicing). * Filing and safeguarding credit shipping guides. * Invoicing and delivering invoices to customers (physical and/or digital). * Weekly account statement notifications via electronic means and communication. * Conducting collections activities via telephone and in-person visits with customers. * Applying customer payments. * Reviewing and analyzing outstanding balances in assigned accounts receivable portfolio. * Recovering overdue and current accounts receivable. * Applying charges to shipping guides and invoices. * Reviewing client files \- new account openings. * Delivering invoice reviews at customer premises. **We Offer:** * Base salary: $12,000 MXN per month (tax-free), increasing to $14,000 MXN per month after 3 months. * Weekly payroll. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (on-call duty). * Payment via Bancomer or Banbajío. * Statutory benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, vacation bonus, Christmas bonus). * One paid day off for birthday. * Paid holidays on Holy Thursday, Holy Friday, and Holy Saturday. * Employee discount on shipments. * Free uniforms. * Career advancement opportunities within the company.
