




Position Summary: We are seeking a Cost Controller with mandatory experience in hospitality, restaurants, and tourism to analyze and control F&B costs, prepare financial reports, and implement process improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Analyze and control food and beverage (F&B) costs. 2. Prepare inventory reconciliations and accurate financial reports. 3. Implement cost process improvements and verify expenses. **Requirements:** * Desired profile: **Cost Controller** * Gender: Unrestricted * Education: LAET, LAE, C.P., L.G., TSU. * **Mandatory** experience in the hospitality, restaurant, and tourism sectors. **Main Functions** * Analyze and control F&B costs across all points of sale. * Prepare inventory reconciliations and generate accurate financial reports. * Implement cost process improvements based on variance analysis. * Verify input costs, supplier costs, shrinkage, waste, and indirect consumption. * Conduct comprehensive inventory counts. * Prepare comparative analyses. * Compile detailed monthly expense analyses. * Verify interdepartmental transfers. * Document costing processes and methodologies. **Technical Knowledge** * Food and beverage costing. * Financial and budgetary analysis. * Inventory and shrinkage control. * Intermediate–advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, analysis). * PMS / ERP / accounting systems (preferred).
