Job Summary: Experienced EHS Coordinator responsible for developing and implementing procedures to prevent accidents, investigating incidents, and ensuring industrial safety. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental hygiene regulations. Requirements: 3 years of experience as an EHS Supervisor or Coordinator. Experience and Skills: Knowledge of the Social Security Law, General Law of Ecological Balance, applicable Mexican official standards and regulations. Knowledge of ergonomics. Personnel handling and administration, organized and proactive. Job Functions and Authority: Develop and implement procedures to prevent accidents within the plant. Maintain statistical records of occupational accidents and incidents. Investigate incidents within the plant to determine root causes and direct corrective/preventive actions. Advise on and ensure the proper functioning of industrial safety committees (Safety and Hygiene Committee, Fire Brigade, Evacuation Brigade, First Aid Team, Search and Rescue Brigade). Identify, report, and follow up on unsafe acts and conditions within the company. Administer and control official documentation related to safety and environmental hygiene. Handle organizational and governmental audits, follow up on audit requirements, and ensure their fulfillment.
