This role is key to ensuring an agile, friendly, and efficient experience for our customers. Main responsibilities * Customer service with a friendly, respectful, and professional approach. * Cash handling: processing payments, recording sales, managing cash, and performing daily cash reconciliations. * Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system operation. * Assisting with order preparation and packing when required. * Keeping the cashier area and customer service space clean and organized. Additional responsibilities (These activities are part of the candy shop’s routine and are carried out collaboratively.) * General store cleaning: sweeping, mopping. * Organizing supplies, products, and utensils. * Collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure fast and efficient service during peak hours.
