This is your opportunity to join **STRATTEC** as a **Bilingual Graphic Designer** in the Internal Communications area of Human Resources. **Objective**: Implement and manage internal communication strategies and activities to promote effective communication within the company, as well as strengthen the organizational culture and employee commitment, ensuring that they are informed in a timely manner. Ensure consistency and positive impact of internal messages. **Main Duties:** * Manage and keep updated the different internal communication channels such as displays, information boards and corporate social networks. * Ensure that the content is clear, concise and attractive, reflecting the culture and values of the organization, adhering to the corporate image and the pillars of communication. This involves writing, editing and revising texts to ensure they are clear, concise and aligned with the organization's identity and values. * Design, edit and produce internal and external communication materials, such as newsletters, announcements, emails, online publications, etc. * Implement communication strategies and activities defined in the plan, ensuring that deadlines are met and message coherence is maintained. Guarantee that information is accessible and relevant, promoting organizational culture. This includes regularly updating information, managing access permissions, and resolving technical issues to ensure proper functioning of the tools. * Analyze and measure advertising campaigns to determine reach and distribution. * Comply with quality, safety and environmental procedures and ensure timely dissemination of information (IATF, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001). **Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or Communication * High proficiency in English * 2 years of experience in a similar position within the maquiladora industry * Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Lightroom) * Canva The position is based at Plant 1, located at Calle Auxiliar No. 1 #512, Parque Industrial Gema; the plant’s primary activity is the assembly of locks, mechanical and electromechanical keys for doors, secondary doors, rear doors and hoods.
