





**Job Objective** Efficiently support the company's administrative activities, ensuring proper control of information, documentation, and internal processes, thereby contributing to the smooth operation of operational and administrative departments. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Preparation, data entry, and control of administrative documents. * Telephone reception and follow-up with customers, suppliers, and internal staff. * Organization and archiving of physical and digital documentation. * Preparation of administrative reports and support in generating information. * Calendar and appointment management, as well as tracking pending tasks. * Support in billing, procurement, and payment processes. * Database management and information updates. * Support in human resources activities and basic logistics. **Job Requirements** **Education:** * Technical degree or incomplete/completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. **Experience:** * 1–3 years of experience in administrative or similar positions. **Technical Knowledge** * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Report preparation and information management. * Basic knowledge of billing and administrative processes. * Knowledge of logistics and transportation. * Experience in sales and customer interaction. **Skills and Competencies** * Organization and planning. * Attention to detail. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Ability to handle multiple tasks. * Problem-solving. * Proactivity and responsibility. **Attitudes and Values** * Honesty. * Confidentiality. * Punctuality. * Commitment. * Service orientation. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Timely and accurate task completion. * Accuracy of information and documents. * Level of administrative organization and control. * Satisfaction of internal and external customers.
