The role includes compliance with legal and auditable processes, ensuring efficiency and quality in every task. Key Responsibilities: Administration of general services and operational support. Management of vehicle fleets. Coordination with transportation, cafeteria, and cleaning service providers. Support in organizing internal events. Development of purchase requisitions (SOLPED) and budget control. Promotion of Lean culture, industrial safety, and 6S methodology. Supervision of reception services. Driving employee engagement initiatives. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar positions. Knowledge: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. SAP experience preferred.
