Key Responsibilities * Downloading RFC certificates and compliance opinions according to the accounting calendar. * Daily Excel updates with bank transaction records. * Photocopying, scanning, and filing documents. * Collecting and assembling accounting folders. * Supporting fiscal and accounting control reports requested by management. * Performing bank reconciliations and assisting with procedures before the Tax Administration Service (SAT). * Collaborating with accountants to gather information intended for clients. Required Profile * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Certified Public Accountant qualification. * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative and accounting roles. * Knowledge of accounting entries and basic general accounting principles. * Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and accounting software (e.g., Contpaqi). * Experience using SAT portals and digital platforms. * Competencies: organization, teamwork, process follow-up, results orientation, and effective communication.
