




Job Summary: We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to design campaign strategies, coordinate execution with external agencies, and analyze performance reports. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently looking for a ***DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST*** What do we require? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Business, or related field. A postgraduate degree in Strategic or Digital Marketing is desirable. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing consulting roles. Experience working on multidisciplinary projects and/or within SME environments. Competencies: Teamwork, Results-oriented mindset, Attention to detail, Autonomy, Proactivity, KPI management and digital analytics (MANDATORY) Key Responsibilities at Escala: \- Design Escala’s overall digital campaign strategy (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, etc.) based on commercial objectives, defined audience segments, and conversion funnels to attract high-quality prospects. \- Coordinate and supervise campaign execution by external agencies, validating creativity, copy, targeting, budget allocation, and scheduling. \- Prepare and analyze performance reports delivered by the agency to verify achievement of key metrics (ROAS, CPL, conversion rate, CTR, etc.). \- Propose adjustments and improvements based on results obtained, aligning insights with the department’s overall strategy. Other client-related activities: 1\. Diagnosis and strategic planning Analyze internal and external environments (market, competition, customers) to propose marketing solutions. Conduct brand audits, marketing process reviews, and assessments of digital channels and assets. Identify opportunities and define clear, measurable objectives per project type. Develop and promote the use of dashboards and periodic reports based on KPIs for clients. 2\. Measurement, analysis, and decision-making Establish and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs). Generate reports with actionable recommendations for improving campaigns, channels, and allocated resources. Analyze marketing initiative profitability (ROI per campaign, channel, client, etc.).
