




Job Summary: Represent and promote the brand, increase sales, and maintain strong business relationships with both prospective and existing customers in corporate and field environments. Customer relationship management and prospecting. **Job Objective:** Represent and promote the brand to prospective and existing customers, both in corporate settings and in the field. The role aims to increase sales, maintain strong business relationships, and ensure strategic brand presence at all customer touchpoints. **Main Responsibilities:1\. Sales and Prospecting** * Identify and contact new potential customers within assigned channels (wholesale, retail, distributors, etc.). * Visit retail outlets, corporate clients, and events to promote the brand and close sales. * Deliver commercial presentations and product demonstrations. * Achieve monthly sales targets and established KPIs. * Follow up on quotations, orders, and post-sales support. **2\. Brand Representation** * Serve as the face of the brand in the assigned channel (corporate and field). * Ensure proper product display at retail points of sale. * Implement marketing activations, promotions, or commercial events per the marketing plan. * Gather market feedback and identify opportunities for improvement or new niches. **3\. Administrative Management and Reporting** * Record daily activities in CRM or designated tools. * Generate sales, visit, and commercial performance reports. * Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, marketing, and customer service to ensure timely deliveries or promotional execution. **Requirements:Education:** * Completed high school diploma or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (preferably in business, administration, or marketing). **Experience:** * Minimum 1–2 years of face-to-face and/or corporate sales experience. * Experience selling consumer goods, technology, fashion, food, or similar products is a plus. **Technical Knowledge:** * Sales and negotiation techniques. * CRM usage (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar preferred). * Knowledge of the relevant sales channel (retail, B2B, distributors, etc.). **Skills:** * Strong verbal communication and excellent service attitude. * Ability to persuade and close sales. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Organization and time management. * Professional appearance. * Fieldwork capability and autonomy. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Monthly sales achieved vs. target. * Number of visits or commercial presentations conducted. * Prospect-to-customer conversion rate. * Post-sales customer satisfaction level. * Growth in customer portfolio. **Availability:** * Hybrid work model: office and field (customer visits, retail outlets, events). * Willingness to travel (as required by assigned territory). * Valid driver’s license.
