The candidate will be responsible for leading the company’s digital strategy. Responsibilities * Design, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies. * Manage SEM (Google Ads) and social media advertising campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn). * Oversee SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation strategies. * Administer and optimize CRM usage (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). * Analyze key metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates, etc. * Prepare executive reports and analytical dashboards (Google Analytics / GA4). * Manage budget and coordinate efforts with the sales department. * Supervise assigned team members (preferably with prior experience in digital agencies). Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, including at least 1 year leading teams. * Proficiency in digital advertising platforms. * Knowledge of CRM systems, content management tools, and tracking technologies. * Strong analytical skills, optimization capability, and data-driven decision-making ability. * Competencies: leadership, attention to detail, results orientation.
