Our client is looking for a full\-time Customer Support Specialist with experience in DTC (Direct\-to\-Consumer) brands. **Key Responsibilities:*** Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and social media through Gorgias * Manage and track orders, returns, and exchanges using Shopify * Resolve product or order\-related issues with empathy and professionalism * Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to improve the customer experience * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback * Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements **Requirements** * Proven experience in a **DTC company** * Strong proficiency with **Gorgias** and **Shopify** * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to multitask and provide timely, empathetic support * Must be willing to work from **Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM EST** **Benefits** * Full\-time * Competitive Salary in USD * Work From Anywhere
