What You’ll Do: Prospect companies and brands requiring digital marketing services Identify decision-makers (CMOs, Marketing Directors, Founders) Generate qualified meetings for the sales team Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities Feed the CRM with clear, strategic information Your job is not to sell. Your job is to initiate the right conversation with the right company. Compensation Structure Base salary: $10,000 MXN per month 5% commission on each sale closed from your leads Project values may range from: $50,000 MXN to $10,000,000 MXN This means a single major account can completely transform your monthly income. There is no ceiling here. If your leads convert into large sales, you earn big. Ideal Candidate Profile Commercial mindset (hunter mentality) Comfortable with cold outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls, networking) Confident speaking with directors and decision-makers Economically ambitious Results-oriented, not schedule-oriented Prior B2B sales or marketing experience is a plus, but hunger and discipline matter most.
