Location Mexico (any state) – 100% Remote Job Type Full-time Level Intermediate (between Junior and Senior) Salary $20,000 MXN gross monthly Position Objective To comprehensively manage various types of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and client satisfaction, acting as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams. Main Responsibilities \- End-to-end project management (graphic design, social media content, videos, landing pages/websites, etc.). \- Coordination of internal teams (design, copywriting, strategy, production). \- Management of national and international accounts. \- Ongoing communication with clients in English and Spanish. \- Understanding, analysis, and translation of English briefs to brief internal teams. \- Tracking of schedules, deliverables, and budgets. \- Prioritization control and handling of multiple projects simultaneously. \- Identification of risks and proposal of solutions. \- Ensuring high standards of customer service. \- Documentation of processes and progress reporting. Requirements \- Fluent spoken and written English (100%) \- 3–4 years of experience as a Project Manager or Account Executive at a Content Creation Agency / Creative Agency / Digital Marketing Agency / Design Studio. Proven prior experience required. \- Advanced English (spoken and written) mandatory. \- Experience working with international accounts (desirable). \- Ability to lead projects from inception. \- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. \- Strong communication and negotiation skills. \- Strong results orientation and customer service focus. \- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
