Implementation of effective initiatives **Sales Manager** Job Objective: Lead the company’s commercial strategy, driving growth and productivity through data analysis, team management, and implementation of effective initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and commercial strategies to achieve company objectives. * Analyze commercial information and deliver periodic reports to the Commercial Management. * Administer incentive schemes to motivate the commercial network and increase productivity. * Manage the commercial structure, including defining roles and responsibilities. * Prepare reports and presentations in Excel and PowerPoint for the Commercial Management. * Manage the commercial area’s expense budget and ensure its proper execution. * Define campaigns and contests to boost the commercial network’s productivity. * Manage the advertising process jointly with external providers. * Conduct data mining to identify business opportunities and optimize processes. * Ensure effective communication to the sales network and guarantee alignment with the commercial strategy. **We offer the following:** * Base salary of $12,500 to $18,500 * Meal vouchers at 7% of salary * Team commissions * Christmas bonus * Vacation bonus * Vacation days Interested?
