DESCRIPTION A company dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of lime is seeking to hire a Laboratory Technician to join its team. The incumbent will be responsible for performing laboratory analyses, sampling, and quality control of products, ensuring compliance with established standards and supporting plant operations. REQUIREMENTS Requirements Education: Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Laboratory Science, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in an industrial laboratory (experience in lime, cement, mining, or materials processes is desirable). Knowledge of: * Physical and/or chemical analyses. * Sampling of raw materials and finished products. * Quality control and recording of results. * Handling of basic laboratory equipment. Knowledge of industrial safety and hygiene standards. Availability to work rotating shifts (if applicable). Basic proficiency in Excel and electronic recordkeeping.
