Collaboration with various production and maintenance departments We are a mining company engaged in construction-related activities and are looking for talent for our warehouse department: Education * Completed high school diploma Experience * Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations * Experience in inventory handling, tracking of incoming and outgoing goods * Preferred experience in mechanical or electrical spare parts warehouses PROFILE: * Responsible * Honest * Valid driver’s license * Proactive * Analytical * Organized * Committed * Flexible working hours * Quick learner RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure accurate warehouse control * Conduct inventory audits * Receive suppliers delivering inputs * Guarantee timely and proper delivery of inputs to production departments * Document control * Monitor and record all material inflows and outflows from the warehouse * Ensure inputs meet quality standards * Receive, inspect, and register materials, spare parts, and tools * Verify that received materials comply with purchase orders * Properly classify and store materials in the warehouse * Fulfill requisitions from maintenance, operations, and other relevant departments * Conduct periodic physical inventory counts * Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness * Report shortages, damages, or obsolete materials WE OFFER: * Statutory benefits * Bi-weekly salary: $4,800.00 * Free uniforms * Positive work environment Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $8,821.12 - $8,850.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
