As a SIX Expansion Specialist, you will play a key role: * Ability to negotiate rents and terms with a win-win focus. * Strong commercial orientation and consumer knowledge. * Territorial analysis: identify patterns from successful areas. * Project tracking and management through to opening. * Proactivity and resilience in the face of bureaucracy or administrative delays. * Knowledge of the commercial real estate market, lease negotiations, feasibility analysis, and municipal regulations. * Proficiency in Excel, Google Maps, geolocation tools, and traffic analysis. Requirements: * University degree (completed). * Ability to drive a standard vehicle, valid driver’s license, and at least one year of driving experience. * Excellent ability to assess and execute strategies. * Strong planning and follow-up skills. * Outstanding communication skills and ability to build solid relationships. * Results-driven orientation and ability to work under pressure.
