




NEW PROJECTS MANAGER **Vertical Residential Real Estate Development | Mexico City** | **$30,000 – $35,000 monthly** | On-site THE CHALLENGE We are seeking a candidate who **knows how to close land deals**, not just analyze them. This role leads the entire land acquisition process for vertical residential developments: from site identification and analysis through negotiation, legal formalization, and transaction closing. Here, the challenge is not about paying more—it’s about **convincing with the project**, defending proposals with sound technical reasoning, and leading a team that executes with rigor and judgment. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Identify and evaluate land parcels with genuine development potential. * Analyze land use zoning, urban regulations, and project feasibility. * Design and execute negotiation strategies (purchase-sale agreements, contribution agreements, trusts). * Negotiate directly with property owners and brokers. * Coordinate legal and registry due diligence processes. * Present and substantiate projects before the Executive Management team. * Lead and develop a team of new projects analysts. * Coordinate contracts, deeds, and transaction closings. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Finance. * +3 years of experience in land acquisition or real estate development. * Proven experience closing end-to-end transactions (ideally 7–10 parcels). * In-depth knowledge of land use zoning and General Urban Planning Regulations (Regulation No. 7). * Strong negotiator with excellent verbal communication skills and professional presentation abilities. * People-oriented leadership with firm character and openness to feedback. * Autonomy, accountability, and sound technical judgment. * Flexible schedule and ability to work under pressure.
