




Job Summary: We are seeking a Production and Events Assistant to support the operation and logistics of high-level events for major brands. Key Highlights: 1. Our team is responsible for developing high-end experiences where logistics, organization, and attention to detail are fundamental. We are looking for a Production and Events Assistant to support operations and logistics during the preparation and execution of events. Main Responsibilities * Support in event setup and teardown. * Loading, transportation, and arrangement of furniture, materials, and equipment. * Support in operational logistics during events. * Reception and assistance for guests, general public, and VIP attendees. * On-site coordination with the production team. * Support in the control and organization of materials before, during, and after events. Requirements * Minimum education: Completed high school. * Desired experience in event logistics, activations, production, or setup. * Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills. * Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team. * Flexible schedule availability, especially on weekends or extended hours during events. * Suitable physical condition for operational tasks (moving furniture and equipment).
