Job Summary: We are seeking a Control Desk professional for a spare parts warehouse with experience in inventory management, delivery coordination, and supervision of safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Manage spare parts inventory and ensure its availability. 2. Supervise proper storage and safety in the warehouse. 3. Implement and monitor performance indicators (KPIs). **DRIVEXPRESS SA DE CV** REQUIRES: **CONTROL DESK (SPARE PARTS WAREHOUSE)** PROFILE: EDUCATION: Technical degree, incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field. EXPERIENCE: 2–3 years in warehouse control or spare parts control desk. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage **spare parts inventory** (receipts, issues, adjustments, and cycle counts). * Ensure **availability of critical spare parts** to prevent operational downtime. * Control and supervise **proper storage** (order, cleanliness, identification, and location). * Validate **material receipt** against purchase orders. * Coordinate **timely and accurate delivery of spare parts** to maintenance/operations. * Maintain control of **maximum and minimum stock levels**, and generate purchase requisitions. * Supervise compliance with **warehouse safety standards**. * Ensure proper use of **forklifts and material handling equipment**. * Implement and monitor area **performance indicators (KPIs)**. **Knowledge Requirements:** * Inventory control (FIFO, cycle counts) * Spare parts (mechanical, electrical, or industrial) * ERP systems / Excel * Warehouse safety * Forklift operation (certification preferred) **Competencies** * Operational discipline * Organization and control * Sense of urgency * Owner’s mindset * Decision-making ability * Teamwork WE OFFER: NET WEEKLY SALARY $3000\.00 BONUS BASED ON OBJECTIVES STATUTORY BENEFITS INFONAVIT FONACOT PTU FREE UNIFORMS PPE JOB STABILITY AND CAREER GROWTH APPLY IF YOU MEET THE PROFILE AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR THIS POSITION.
