Our broad portfolio of high-quality, branded generic medicines spans multiple therapeutic areas, including gastroenterology, women’s health, cardio-metabolic, pain management / central nervous system, and respiratory. **What You’ll Do:** As an Electrical Mechanic, ensure the proper and continuous operation of the plant’s critical systems and equipment through their operation and maintenance. **Responsibilities:** Execute and document all assigned preventive and corrective maintenance work orders for general services equipment on time and as scheduled, to keep equipment in optimal operating condition. Operate and maintain general services area equipment within its validated state. Analyze failures and implement solutions. **Requirements:** Education: Technical degree in Maintenance of General Services Equipment for the Pharmaceutical Industry. Minimum 4–5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in operations and maintenance of production equipment such as blowers, fillers, bottle-oriented machines, and automated machinery, as well as electricity or automatic controls; including fault detection and correction, and identification of part numbers for spare parts procurement. Knowledge of: * Interpretation of electrical, pneumatic, and control diagrams. * Motors, transmissions, servo motors, variable frequency drives. * Types of sensors, encoders, and basic instrumentation. * Fundamentals of PLCs and HMIs. Experience operating Lanfranchi, Serac, Krones, Bosch, Uhlmann, Glatt, and Collette equipment. Completed training courses in: pneumatics, electricity, boiler operation, air conditioning. Important: Coyoacán area, rotating shifts, availability, including weekends. **Skills:** Organizational and effective negotiation skills. Ability to manage priorities. Communication and information transmission skills. Stress management, ability to work under pressure, and handle conflict situations. Results-oriented mindset.
