Hotel Dorados Conventions \& Resort Seeks Maintenance Manager **Position Objective** Ensure the proper operation, maintenance, and safety of the resort hotel's facilities, equipment, and systems, guaranteeing a comfortable and safe guest experience while complying with established quality standards, regulations, and procedures. **Responsibilities** * Supervise, coordinate, and assign tasks to maintenance personnel (technicians, assistants, and external vendors). * Diagnose and resolve electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, plumbing, air conditioning, and general equipment failures. * Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans. * Ensure the proper operation of critical systems: * Boilers * Pumping systems and wells * Air conditioning and refrigeration * Emergency power plant * Irrigation systems * Pools and jacuzzis * Manage inventories of tools, spare parts, and supplies. * Supervise and validate work performed by external vendors. * Identify risks and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. * Maintain daily maintenance logs and incident reports. * Optimize resource usage and manage the department budget. * Ensure facility availability and operation during special events or peak seasons. **Requirements** * Technical degree or engineering in: Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Electricity, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, or related fields. **Experience** * Minimum 3 to 5 years in general maintenance, preferably in hotels, tourist complexes, or similar industries. * Experience leading work teams. **Technical Knowledge** * Electricity and electronics * Plumbing and hydraulics * Air conditioning and refrigeration * Boilers, pumps, and control panels * Preventive/corrective maintenance * Reading blueprints * Tool and equipment handling * Industrial safety standards * Pool and water treatment (desirable) **Competencies / Skills** * Leadership and personnel management * Decision making * Problem solving * Organization and time management * Service orientation * Ability to work under pressure * Proactivity * Effective communication **✔ Desirable Qualities** * Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented * Commitment to quality and safety * Ability to prioritize emergencies * Flexible schedule availability (including shifts and weekends) Interested candidates should apply through this platform and send a WhatsApp message to **735\-102\-73\-13** Job type: Full-time Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $16,000\.01 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Dining service * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site
