Building a strong top\-of\-funnel while working closely with sales to ensure a steady, well\-structured pipeline. **Role Overview** This position is responsible for supporting the growth of yumwoof’s global wholesale business by identifying, qualifying, and initiating relationships with potential B2B partners. Working closely with the Head of Business Development, this role helps build a strong sales pipeline, supports international market expansion, and ensures a consistent flow of high\-quality leads into the wholesale team.. **Responsibilities** * Identify and research potential wholesale partners across international markets * Qualify leads based on store profile, brand fit, and commercial relevance * Conduct initial outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and trade show follow\-ups * Build and maintain a structured and up\-to\-date lead database * Track outreach, responses, and follow\-ups in CRM tools or lead lists * Follow up consistently to move leads from first contact to qualified interest * Hand over warm, qualified leads to the wholesale or sales team * Support market expansion initiatives with lead research and insights * Collaborate closely with the Head of Business Development and sales team **Required Experience \& Skills** * Experience in lead generation, sales support, or B2B outreach * Comfortable conducting outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus * Confident speaking with retailers and business owners * Structured, reliable, and detail\-oriented working style * Comfortable working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, or lead databases * Comfortable using AI tools to support research, outreach, and workflow efficiency * Ability to manage follow\-ups and priorities in a fast\-paced environment * Genuine interest in premium pet food, dog health, and purpose\-driven consumer brands **Why Join Us** At yumwoof, we’re redefining pet wellness through science\-backed, anti\-inflammatory recipes made with real ingredients.
