We are seeking an **Executive Driver with a minimum of 5 years of experience** working for families or senior executives. A person focused on **safety, discretion, respectful treatment, and personalized service**, especially with elderly individuals. The candidate must also ensure punctuality, flexibility, and absolute professionalism in every transfer. **Position Objective** To provide **safe, reliable, and discreet** transportation service for family members, ensuring comfort and personalized attention. Additionally, to guarantee the proper care and optimal performance of assigned vehicles (level 5 armor). **Main Responsibilities** * Drive safely following defensive driving principles. * Transport family members to appointments, events, and the airport with punctuality and discretion. * Maintain vehicles in excellent mechanical, cleanliness, and appearance condition. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance services with authorized repair shops. * Assist with personal errands and deliveries when required. * Safeguard confidentiality of information, conversations, and family habits. * Adapt to route or schedule changes according to daily needs. * Provide courteous, respectful, and attentive service, especially toward older individuals. **Requirements** * Education: Completed high school or preparatory school. * **Minimum of 5 years of experience** as an executive or private driver for families or executives. * **Valid Class A driver's license** (mandatory). * Previous job stability and verifiable references. * Experience driving **level 5 armored vehicles** (desirable). * Availability for psychometric, polygraph, and toxicology tests. **Knowledge** * Main routes in CDMX and alternate roads. * Defensive driving and safety protocols. * Basic preventive vehicle maintenance. * Use of GPS and navigation apps (Waze, Google Maps). **Competencies and Skills** * Discretion and complete confidentiality. * Punctuality, responsibility, and loyalty. * Emotional intelligence and stress tolerance. * Excellent personal presentation. * Clear communication and service-oriented attitude. * Full-time availability (including weekends and nighttime events). **We Offer** * Monthly gross salary: **$22,500** (approximately $19,000 net). * **Statutory benefits** from the first day. * **Additional benefits:** * Grocery vouchers 10% * Savings fund 13% * Christmas bonus 30 days * Starting from the 3rd month: Private medical insurance, life insurance, funeral assistance, dental and vision insurance. * Residential area: **El Pedregal (near Perisur)**.
