





**Responsibilities:** * Training of new hires (onboarding). * Guiding new sales staff during their first and second weeks in the field and granting approval (Annex 1). * Sales Schools (ongoing training) and sharing best practices, as well as following up on topics covered. * Review of DOC processes (checklists, Annex 2). * Reporting deviations in sales execution or customer service. * Store audits (APP execution: 4F Distribution, Shelf, Price, Marketing) (new store openings, closures, service issues, etc. — these must be reported to the N+1). * Taking photos and completing simple evaluation forms (APP execution). * Support in POP material management: * Receiving, sorting, and delivering promotional materials. * Verifying correct in-store installation. * Ensuring compliance with current DOC discipline.
