Flexibility to choose your days off **Job Objective** Responsible for in-store brand activation through preparation, technical explanation, and offering of product tastings. The candidate must project trust, impeccable hygiene, and a highly persuasive attitude to generate indirect sales. Key Responsibilities: * **Sales Promotion:** Improve product sales through persuasion techniques and effective customer approach. * **Brand Positioning:** Present a positive and professional image of the company to end consumers. * **Strategic Approach:** Identify and attract customers within the store following brand protocols. * **Display & Maintenance:** Ensure the demonstration area and corresponding shelf are clean, organized, and properly labeled. * **Supply Management:** Efficiently organize promotional materials, samples, and assigned work tools. * **Data Collection:** Submit daily reports on sales achieved, remaining inventory, and consumer feedback. **Requirements:** * Age between 18 and 56 years * Availability to work Friday through Sunday * Education: Completed secondary school * Preferably with experience in customer service or product promotion * Smart-casual appearance * Good personal hygiene * Documentation: Official INE (original or copy), CURP, NSS, updated RFC, proof of address, birth certificate, completed application form, bank statement **Working Conditions** * **Working Hours:** 10:15 am to 7:15 pm. * **Base Salary:** $413 to $530 per day (depending on location). * **Payment Schedule:** Biweekly via bank payroll. * **Training:** Paid starting from Day 1 of employment. **Benefits:** Statutory benefits Flexibility to choose your days off Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $433.00 per day Application Question(s): * Do you have an updated RFC? * Can you work at least from Friday to Sunday?
