Short Description: We’re seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support across multiple internal brands. The role manages high\-volume inbound and outbound communications, resolves issues efficiently, and maintains accurate records in CRM or ticketing systems. Success requires adapting to different processes, shifting priorities, and brand nuances while consistently driving customer satisfaction in a fast\-paced environment. Location: 100% Remote (LATAM only) Language Requirements: Advanced English (C1\+) Schedule: Full\-time, aligned with EST Start Date: ASAP Compensation \& Benefits: * Competitive salary in USD * Remote\-first flexibility. Work from anywhere. * A monthly flexible benefits budget, in addition to your salary. * PTO and paid U.S. holidays Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via calls, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy; provide accurate information on products, services, and policies across multiple brands; resolve complaints and escalate when needed while documenting all interactions in CRM or ticketing systems; collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing to ensure smooth experiences; follow up to confirm resolution and satisfaction; contribute ideas to improve support processes; and flex across brands and evolving procedures as priorities shift. Qualifications: * 3–5\+ years in customer service, support, or client\-facing roles * Proven ability to handle high volumes while maintaining quality * Proficiency with CRM or helpdesk systems * Demonstrated data entry experience and accuracy * Calm, professional performance under pressure with strong follow\-through * Adaptability across multiple brands, changing priorities, and evolving processes Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in B2B or service\-based environments * Background in tech, SaaS, or digital contexts If you meet the experience outlined above, we’d love to hear from you.
