Dynamic and collaborative work environment in a prestigious hotel. **"HOTEL RADISSON CUERNAVACA" IS SEEKING YOUR TALENT AS: COST ACCOUNTANT** We seek a dedicated professional with an analytical mindset and the ability to maintain precise control over operational and administrative costs and revenues. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (degree holder). * Minimum 1 year of experience in cost control, inventory management, reconciliations, and financial reporting. * Knowledge of COI (Cost of Inventory). * Ability to perform operational tasks (e.g., warehouse verification, supplies inspection, etc.). * **Flexible working hours**, Monday through Saturday, aligned with the hotel’s operational needs, including possible weekend or holiday work. * Results-oriented profile, with initiative, commitment, and leadership capacity in operational areas. * Reconcile revenues against operational reports and accounting records, identifying discrepancies. **Main Responsibilities:** * Cost control and analysis * Monitoring of revenues and expenditures * Review and validation of daily generated revenues. * Verification and reconciliation of cash closures, ensuring alignment with system reports and bank deposits. * Perform “miscellaneous charge checks”, validating additional charges applied to guests. * Prepare daily revenue reports and variance analyses. * Identify inconsistencies, omissions, or potential deviations in revenue recording, proposing corrective actions. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Grocery vouchers. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment in a prestigious hotel.
