Education: Primary, Secondary, or equivalent. **Gender:** Indifferent ***Age***: 25 to 35 years ***Preferably***: Reside in the North Zone of Cuernavaca **Availability:** Flexible to rotate shifts and work weekends. **Minimum Experience**: 1–2 years as a Housekeeper and/or Room Attendant in the hospitality industry **Functions and Responsibilities** * Clean and tidy guest rooms (beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and glass surfaces). * Restock linens, amenities, and supplies in guest rooms. * Inspect furniture functionality and report defects. * Adhere to established cleaning standards, presentation requirements, and timeframes. * Properly handle cleaning products and work equipment. * Respect and report forgotten items according to procedure. * Keep the housekeeping cart and work area organized. * Assist with cleaning public areas when required. * Comply with hotel safety, hygiene, and internal policies. ***Skills and Competencies:*** * Service-oriented attitude. * Attention to detail. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Teamwork. * Honesty and discretion. * Organization and efficiency. ***Knowledge:*** * Basic cleaning and disinfection techniques. * Handling of chemical cleaning products. * Proper use of equipment and work tools. * Basic safety and hygiene standards.
