Puebla / In-person mode Industry: Premium beverages / culture / lifestyle At **SIE7E DESEOS®**, we are seeking an **Audiovisual Editor and Creator** with strong aesthetic and narrative sensitivity, capable of transforming moments, products, and experiences into powerful visual content for social media and digital campaigns. This role is essential for creating organic content, event coverage, campaigns, and visual materials for social media, paid advertising, and brand activations. **Key Responsibilities** * Video recording and editing (Reels, spots, interviews, events, tastings, and pairing dinners). * Creation of audiovisual content with rhythm, narrative, and editorial aesthetics. * Product, lifestyle, and event photography. * Graphic design for social media (posts, Stories, cover images, carousels, digital assets). * Adaptation of content to various formats (9:16 / 1:1 / 16:9). * Development of monthly microcontent (minimum 8–12 pieces). * Creative proposals for visual storytelling (mood, scenes, narrative). * Delivery of master assets for paid advertising and evergreen content. * Event documentation to generate “follow-up content”. * Optimization of content for IG Reels and TikTok. * Visual support for activations, product launches, and flagship brand events. * Organization and growth of the brand’s audiovisual library. **Success Metrics (KPIs)** * Achievement of monthly content quota. * Growth in views, retention, and engagement. * Increase in saves and shares. * Strong performance of paid assets. * Robust and continuously growing audiovisual library. * Aesthetic consistency aligned with the SIE7E DESEOS® universe. **Skills and Profile** * Proficiency in camera operation and professional photography. * Mastery of **Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and/or After Effects**. * Proficiency in **Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign** (or equivalent tools). * Knowledge of lighting, framing, composition, and color grading. * Strong aesthetic sensitivity and visual judgment. * Ability to work with tight timelines and rapid turnarounds. * Organizational skills and autonomy in production. * Interest in cultural brands, art, gastronomy, premium beverages, and experiential activities. * Availability to record events (primarily occasional weekends).
