We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Europastry. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing logistics and storage operations, ensuring that processes run efficiently and in compliance with established quality standards. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school diploma * Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role * Knowledge: SAP, picking control, loading and unloading, FIFO, FEFO, inventory management. * Forklift operation * Personnel management * Residence near the Tepotzotlán area. **Responsibilities:** * Timely response to internal and external customer picking needs * Preparation and timely shipment of finished products (FP) * Supervision and tracking of FEFO during receipt and picking of raw materials (RM) and finished products (FP) * System-based placement and relocation of finished products (FP) * Timely follow-up on completion of warehouse department forms * Coordination of loading and unloading of finished products (FP), raw materials (RM), and manufacturing equipment (ME) during your shift. **We offer:** * Base salary: $15,200 MXN * Year-end bonus: 16 days' pay * Food vouchers: 3.5% of salary * Transportation * Life insurance * Direct employment contract * Rotating 3-shift schedule, 8 hours per shift * Work location: El Trébol, Tepotzotlán Job type: Full-time, indefinite term Your role will involve inventory management, coordination of product receipt and dispatch, and maintenance of a safe and orderly work environment.
