CAPSUS is recognized for driving public policies and private practices that achieve sustainable development. ### **Purpose of the Role** This role will be key to strengthening CAPSUS’s national and international positioning by identifying business opportunities, managing relationships with clients and strategic partners, and leading the preparation of competitive proposals for multilateral organizations, the private sector, and the public sector. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Identify and manage tender opportunities on multilateral organization platforms (World Bank, IDB, GIZ, UN, among others). * Lead the proposal development process: coordination of institutional information, CVs, administrative documentation, and technical sections. * Develop and execute commercial prospecting and networking strategies across the public, private, and international cooperation sectors. * Manage content and brand positioning on CAPSUS’s social media channels and website. * Build and maintain the pipeline of opportunities (CRM or other tool), ensuring consistent follow-up. * Identify key sector forums and conferences where CAPSUS can participate. * Collaborate with the team to strengthen the company’s value proposition. ### **Requirements and Competencies to Work With Us** ##### **Education** * Completed undergraduate degree in International Relations, Economics, Public Administration, Marketing, Journalism, Environmental Sciences, or related fields. ##### **Experience** * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within consulting firms, international organizations, NGOs, or development agencies. * Experience in identifying and managing multilateral organization tenders. * Experience in digital marketing and content management. ##### **Knowledge and Skills** * Bilingual Spanish–English (C2 CEFR level, both written and spoken). * Excellent writing skills in Spanish and English. * Knowledge of trends in sustainability, climate change, energy, urbanism, and resilience. * Familiarity with tender platforms (World Bank, IDB, UN, GIZ, among others). * Proficiency in CRM or commercial management tools. * Proficiency in social media, marketing, and networking. ##### **Competencies** * Initiative and proactivity. * Research and analytical capacity. * Organization and attention to detail. * Communication and negotiation skills. * Results orientation and ability to work under pressure. ### **Profile of Our Team** * Commitment to environmentally positive, socially equitable, and economically robust development. * High appreciation for collaboration, technical excellence, and impact generation. * Collaborative work and solution-oriented approach. * Proactivity, professionalism, and punctuality. * Enthusiasm and creativity to address global challenges. ### **Key Interests for Working With Us** * Climate change mitigation. * Promotion of sustainable and resilient cities. * Energy transition. * Improvement of quality of life for communities worldwide. ### **Reasons to Join Our Team** * Opportunity to be part of a leading sustainability team in Mexico and globally. * Participation in projects with global impact. * Space to propose and implement business development strategies. * Remote work. * Competitive compensation package including base salary plus performance-based commissions or bonuses. ### **Relevant Details Before Applying to This Position** **Work Modality:** Remote, with possibility of meetings in Mexico City or occasional travel. **Work Schedule:** Full-time. **Contract Type:** Fixed-term contract under a fee-for-service arrangement, with potential extension depending on performance. **Team Collaboration:** Direct collaboration with the internal team and firm partners.
