Tabacos de Santa Fe: A leading premium cigar company is seeking: Store Sales Associate at **Plaza Oasis** Minimum one year of experience in department stores or boutiques **REQUIREMENTS:** * Valid identification documents * Passion for sales * Excellent customer service * Sales experience * Professional appearance * Minimum education: High school diploma (Bachillerato General) * Flexible availability (shifts from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, with one weekly day off) * Willingness to occasionally cover absences, medical leaves, and vacations at our Mitikah and Perisur branches. **SKILLS:** * Proactive * Dynamic * Extroverted * Passionate about work * Strong negotiation skills **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Merchandise organization.** * Product display * Customer consultation to identify needs * Personalized service for diverse customers **WE OFFER:** * Biweekly on-time payments: $9,200 gross monthly + $3,000 guaranteed bonus for the first 3 months; thereafter commission-based structure * Base salary fully covered under IMSS contributions * Social Security coverage from Day 1 * Uncapped commissions * 6 days off per month * Paid training * Uniforms * Statutory benefits * Profit-sharing as mandated by law Employment type: Full-time Salary: $9,200.00 – $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance Workplace: On-site employment
