The **Regional Manager** plays a key role in ensuring that our branches not only meet financial targets but also deliver high-quality service—built on trust and closeness to our Members. Your mission will be to drive regional development by ensuring a balance among profitability, expansion, and the strength of our portfolio. You will serve as the bridge connecting strategy with operations, guiding teams toward sustainable results. **Key responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise branches within your region, ensuring **achievement of commercial, financial, and loan portfolio quality objectives**. * Ensure service and operational processes comply with **SOCAP regulations** and internal policies. * Support teams throughout the entire credit process—from prospecting to recovery—and propose continuous improvements. * Participate in your region’s **strategic planning**: annual budgeting, lending targets, recovery goals, and growth objectives. * Develop and implement **commercial and market strategies** to boost Member acquisition, lending, and retention. * Monitor key regional indicators (e.g., loan disbursements, recoveries, at-risk portfolio, delinquency rates, staff turnover) and make timely decisions to stay on track toward goals. * Address and channel requests from various departments of the Cooperative, generating clear and timely reports to support decision-making. ### **Essential requirements:** * Academic background in **economics or business administration**. * Proven experience leading teams and managing branches in the state of **Veracruz**. * Minimum 3 years’ verifiable experience in managerial, director-level, or supervisory roles within the **financial sector or institutions regulated by the CNBV**. * Knowledge of regulatory frameworks applicable to **SOCAPs**, credit processes, internal controls, and risk management. * Ability to design and implement commercial strategies. * Leadership skills, effective communication, and a results-oriented mindset. * Willingness and ability to travel. ### **We offer:** * **Biweekly salary** * **Monthly food vouchers** * **Statutory benefits**: IMSS, vacation time, vacation bonus, **13th-month bonus (45 days’ salary)** * **Life insurance** * **Performance bonuses** * **Financial leave allowances** * **Loans and payroll advances** * **Birthday day off** * **Ongoing training** and opportunities for career growth. ### **Working hours** * **Monday–Friday:** 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. * **Saturday:** 8:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. ### **Want to join our team?** Apply through this channel.
