Our ideal candidate has solid experience advising customers on the full range of electrical and lighting products, delivering personalized service to support achievement of sales targets, and increasing coverage and penetration through Simon’s points of sale. Below, we provide further details: **Job Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school diploma, technical degree, or related field. * Experience: 3 years as a sales promoter for electrical products, including inventory management, product merchandising, and participation in fairs, events, and/or expos to promote products. * Competencies: Service-oriented attitude, customer focus, initiative, planning and organization, effective communication, responsibility, proactivity. * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 hrs; Saturdays, 09:00–13:00 hrs. * Mobility Requirement: Stores (Eléctrica EL 45, Eléctrica Palma Calle Dr. Olvera 126, Eléctrica Palma Dr. Arce 211) **Main Job Responsibilities:** * Conducts sales activities (closing sales) and provides pricing information to customers at promotional points of sale. * Advises customers on the full range of products manufactured and distributed by the company. * Prepares sales reports. * Conducts inventory management and generates purchase order suggestions for out-of-stock items. * Merchandises and cleans products on the sales floor. * Verifies product display status, brand image, and reports their condition. * Participates in and supports special events required by the client or the company. * Collects and transmits relevant information: pricing, products, commercial strategies, and competitor promotions. * Attends internal and external training courses. **We Offer:** * Statutory Benefits * Benefits Exceeding Legal Requirements * Quarterly Bonus * Grocery Vouchers * Life Insurance * Savings Fund * Savings Box * 30 Days’ Year-End Bonus * Additional Rest Days Beyond Legal Requirements.
